I have remembered, either through hypnosis or lucid dreaming, eleven lives previous to my present one. At least I think I have. Intellectually, I’m still not completely convinced about the whole thing. I’ll probably reserve absolute judgement until I can be sure, i.e., after I’m dead.

I’m still very much a neophyte at this religion, but it appeals to me greatly, and has helped me enormously through some difficult times.
I’ve begun making malas, which are Buddhist prayer beads. They are much like Catholic rosaries, helping you keep track of what you’re doing– in my case, deep breathing exercises and mantras. You’re supposed to say 108 each day, but I usually get in about 27, or perhaps 36 on a good day. I’ll eventually get some photos of them online. In the meanwhile, take a look at the site (link below), which has some decent photos of malas.
